These purchase terms apply to orders submitted through qevrux.com, operated by Zibo Qianrun Health Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Placing an Order

By ordering, you confirm that checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Before fulfillment, an order may be reviewed, declined, or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, failed payment, a genuine pricing error, unavailable stock, technical problems, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational grounds.

2. Product Presentation

We work to present products accurately. Reasonable differences in appearance may result from display settings, lighting, production variation, or comparable factors.

3. Prices and Order Charges

Applicable product prices, discounts, shipping costs, taxes where applicable, and the final total are displayed during checkout before submission.

4. Payment

Payment choices appear at checkout. Completion of an order depends on successful authorization and any applicable fraud-prevention or security review.

5. Processing

Normal processing takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and may extend to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually high demand.

6. Delivery

For supported standard deliveries within the United States, transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Fulfillment may be handled by our facilities or appointed partners according to stock location, availability, and destination.

7. Returns and Refunds

Subject to the Return & Refund Policy, eligible merchandise can generally be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery. After an approved return is received and inspected, a qualifying refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.

8. Cancellations

Request cancellation promptly and before fulfillment begins. We will reasonably try to honor an eligible request, but cannot promise cancellation after fulfillment or shipment starts. A successfully canceled order incurs no cancellation fee when cancellation occurs before fulfillment.

9. Order Problems

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially inconsistent with its description, contact us with the order details and relevant photographs or video. Following review, we will offer a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement.

10. Promotions

Offers may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, product limitations, or other conditions shown with the relevant promotion.

11. Errors and Availability

Genuine errors involving pricing, descriptions, stock, or technical operation may be corrected when found. If such an error materially affects an already-submitted order, we will explain the issue and identify the available resolution.

12. Mandatory Consumer Protections

These terms do not seek to waive or restrict consumer rights that applicable law does not permit businesses to exclude or limit.
