Return refund policy

1. Return Period

Products that qualify for return may be sent back within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

2. Standard Eligibility

A standard return should generally be unused and in its original condition, contain the original parts and accessories, retain original packaging where reasonably possible, and include valid proof of purchase or adequate order details.

3. Starting a Return

Email service@qevrux.com before mailing anything. Include the order number, identify the item, explain the return reason, and attach photographs or video when relevant.

4. Where to Send the Item

Do not assume that the registered business address accepts returns. Once a request is reviewed and approved, support will provide the correct warehouse address and return instructions.

5. Return Delivery Costs

For an eligible return arising from preference, change of mind, or another reason unrelated to a product or fulfillment fault, the customer generally pays return shipping. If damage, defect, an incorrect or incomplete order, or a material description discrepancy results from the product or fulfillment process, we will arrange an appropriate solution without making the customer bear added costs caused by that error.

6. Inspection

Returned merchandise may be examined after arrival to confirm compliance with the relevant return requirements.

7. Refund Processing

When an approved item is received and passes inspection, the eligible amount is returned to the original payment method. Our processing normally takes 5–10 business days, while the customer's bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

8. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Misdescribed Goods

Contact support as soon as reasonably possible and submit the order number with helpful photographs or video. After assessment, the circumstances will determine whether a replacement, refund, or return arrangement is appropriate.

9. Cancellation

Send a cancellation request promptly. We will reasonably try to act on requests received before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipment begins. No cancellation fee applies when the order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
