Information to Include

For an existing purchase, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, attach clear photographs or video when relevant.

Before Sending a Return

Contact customer support and wait for approval and routing instructions. The registered business address is not automatically the returns warehouse, so do not mail merchandise there unless our team expressly tells you to do so.
